Oats Chocolate Bombs – Perfect Gifting Recipe

What could be a better option than a few healthy, handcraftedchocolate bombs made with oats?These muesli chocolate bombs can transform into the perfect power-packed bowl of goodness. They are especially fun activities for your kids and the perfect way to get them to eat a nutritious and healthy brekkie! Here’s the recipe of Chocolate Bombs :Note: make sure chocolate is at room temperatureDon’t over microwave the chocolate, it’ll burn. Be gentle while removing chocolate from moulds, they’ll break otherwise. :*Muesli– 2 cups*Dark Chocolate-100gm*Milk Chocolate- 100gm*Sprinkles- any kind Equipment:*Sphere chocolate moulds :Chop the chocolate & add to a large glass bowl.Microwave in bursts of 10secs, stirring in between every time.Stir to see if it’s a nice glossy, smooth consistency.Add spoonfuls into silicon moulds as shown in the picture.Spread evenly using the back of a spoon.Flip upside down to remove excess.Scrape out chocolate from sides.Pop it in the freezer for 5-6 minsCarefully remove the chocolate from moulds & place on a tray.Heat a pan slightly. Set it next to the chocolate spheres.Fill one half with 2 spoonfuls of muesli..Take the other half & heat edges on the pan & immediately align with the half with muesli.Repeat for all.Decorate with sprinkles.How to Serve;Drop it in a bowl of hot milk & magic!
