How long does it take for Oateo to ship out the products?

Orders received at any time are shipped within 24 business hours, from the freshest milled batch

What if I want to change my address?

Drop us an email at info@oateo.com and we’ll make sure you-and only you get the good stuff!

I can’t remember my password. What do I do?

Go to the ‘Forgot Password’ Page and enter your email id.

Follow the procedure in the email and you should be done in a couple of minutes.

I did not receive my order confirmation e-mail. What do I do now?

While Oateo is a beautiful name- sometimes mailboxes do not recognise the webname, and might send the email to the Spam folder. So check that first.

If it’s not there, send us a quick email at onlinesales@oateo.com and we shall be of service at the earliest.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and the payment has been authorized by your bank, you should receive a receipt via email, confirming your order. Additionally, you can head over to Account page, click orders and see all your orders.

How do I cancel my order?

While we hope it does not get to this- please send us an email to  onlinesales@oateo.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.

Once the product leaves our hands, it cannot be taken back, so any cancellations need to be done before shipping only

How do you refund my money?

Oateo will process the refund based on your chosen mode of payment. This typically takes about 5-7 working days.

Are oats GMO?

There are no genetically modified oats.

Are oats gluten-free?

Oats are inherently gluten-free. However, oats may come in contact with gluten-containing grains such as wheat, rye or barley during farming, transportation or storage. To be considered a gluten-free product, oats must meet a standard set by The U.S. Food and Drug Administration. If you are avoiding gluten, choose oats labelled “gluten-free.”

Do oats lower cholesterol?

Two servings of oats per day have been shown to reduce cholesterol 3% more than a low-fat diet alone. Studies are now showing that oats can also help to lower non-HDL cholesterol and the cholesterol carrying protein, apolipoprotein B.

Are oats suitable for diabetics?

Oats are lower on the Glycemic Index (GI) scale than other starchy grains. Oat groats, steel cut oats and rolled oats are considered a low-to-medium GI food.

Should I eat oats if I am trying to lose weight?

The soluble fiber in oats absorbs water and expands to take up space in your stomach, satisfying hunger and providing a feeling of satiety, or fullness. As well, oats digest slowly, prolonging that sensation of feeling full and suppressing the urge to eat before the next meal. You can find more details on weight management by clicking this link.

Are they Organic?

We have different range of organic oats.

Can it be incorporated in baby food?

Yes. Oateo oats can be incorporated in baby food. Instant Oats or Steel Cut Oats is the recommended product to be fed to babies.

What is the shelf life of the product?

The shelf life of commercial range is 12 months, organic range is 18 months and of Museli is 9 months from the date of manufacturing.
